Nice location and a clean place to stay.

The room was smaller than what I thought I was getting. But the staff easily upgraded us at an extra charge.

I would for sure stay there again. The continental breakfast was good.

Close to the Finger Lakes wineries; nice continental breakfast

Needed a room with two beds but only got one; this was the biggest detractor.

An OK place to stay; don't expect much more than what you would get at an average 2-star hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was OK. Room might have better suited our needs if I traveled with my spouse, but instead, had my 83 year old father with me; we had to share the bed. Again, was OK but I mistakenly assumed we'd have 2 beds. Lesson learned; next time I'll say I need a room for 3 people instead of just 2. ...read more

They have smoking rooms and the hallways had a stale smoke odor.

The hotel is very utilitarian - definitely no frills. But, it was clean. We had a problem with the internet - we were able to call the support desk and after 10 minutes or so it was worked out.
